Product Warranties

Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. All warranties are included with your order. Please check with the manufacturer of your product to determine the procedure you need to follow.

 

Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 hours and ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship by Tuesday. All products are shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. All Hazardous Materials (Plasti Dip) will be shipped UPS Ground Only. We only ship to the continental US (48 states).

 

Return Policy

You may return most new, uninstalled items sold by 4LowParts within 30 days of receiving Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Prior to returning any items, please email customerservice@4lowparts.com to be issued a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Items returned without a prior Returned Goods Authorization may be refused by 4LowParts. Some items sold by 4LowParts are not eligible for return.

Many new, uninstalled items returned to us will be subject to a Restocking Fee, depending upon the reason for the return. Restocking fees are imposed for returns which are not caused by 4LowParts or shipper (e.g., you changed your mind or you ordered the wrong part). Restocking fees are not imposed for returns caused by 4LowParts or our shipper (e.g., we shipped you a different part than what you ordered or your order was damaged during shipping). Restocking fees can be 15% or more, depending on the elapsed time between shipment and return. Items returned after 90 days from purchase date will not be accepted.

Return of products for warranty must be pre-approved by our Customer Service department. Approval for return is evident by Returned Goods Authorization. Please email customer service at customerservice@4lowparts.com in order to receive an RGA and shipping instructions.

For all returns (excluding warranties), items shall be returned in their original packaging.

You may not cancel any order after the order has shipped. In addition, special orders for items cannot be canceled once submitted. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Service department at 702-518-0909 or by email at customerservice@4lowparts.com to determine if order cancellation can be processed. Cancelled orders may be subject to a processing fee.

Any applicable refunds for cancelled or returned items will be processed as quickly as possible. However, actual refund timing and amounts will vary depending upon the specific situation. For returned items, the refund will depend upon the condition of the returned product when it is received; in some cases, a restocking fee and/or processing fee will be applied against any refund as well. If your original sale included Free Shipping, then actual shipping cost will be deducted from the original sales price. Refunds for Warranty returns will be dependent upon the approval by the product manufacturer of all warranty claims.

 

 Sales Tax

4LowParts charges sales tax on orders shipped to or picked up in Nevada. If you are having your order shipped, the tax rate is based on the county of the delivery address.  If applicable, the amount of sales tax will be displayed during checkout.
